Veterinary Nurses

Pat Brown RVN

Pat has been a qualified veterinary nurse for 42 years, andjoined the practice in 2010. She has worked in a variety of practices making her a wealth of practical knowledge and is a trained Nurse Assessor. Outside of work she enjoys time with her five grandchildren and a menagerie which includes spoilt chickens Gregory, Marjorie and Freckle.

Nicky Field RVN

Nicky qualified in 1997 and joined the practice in 2010. She enjoys working with our "weight watchers" through the nurse clinics and also runs our puppy parties. In association with The Vet Centre Nicky has just completed a two year course  to become a Clinincal Canine Massage Practitioner. For more information


Beth Andrews Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Beth joined the practice in September 2015 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. She passed that qualification with Distinction and has commenced her training to become a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse, studying one day a week with the College of Animal Welfare and undertaking other learning in practice at Maids Moreton. Beth has completed her fist year of nursing training and is about to embark on her second.

Helen Wigley RVN

Helen joined the practice in 2006, undertook her training and qualified in 2008. She is currently studying for her BSc in Veterinary Nursing which leaves little time for swimming, squash or dog walking.


Becky Amos RVN

Becky qualified in 2009 and joined the practice in 2013. Her spare time is spent with her horses Megan and Rolo who she enters in eventing and cross country competitions.

Tom Halliday Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Tom joined the practice in November 2017. He is studying as a trainee veterinary nurse with the royal college of animal welfare one day a week and working & learning within the practice for the rest of the week.
