Nicky qualified in 1997 and joined the practice in 2010. She enjoys working with our “weight watchers” through the nurse clinics. A keen advocate for Arthritis and rehabilitation of our orthopaedic patients’ post-surgery, Nicky has obtained a Blue Paw Award with the VOA (veterinary osteoarthritis alliance) and has a BSAVA Merit Award in Physiotherapy & rehabilitation. She is also a Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner; more information can be found at www.kanedumassage.com.  Nicky has just finished training to become a Clinical Coach and is looking forward to helping the Veterinary Students.

Her partner is crime is Oak the Border Collie who is often spotted herding the Boxers up in the practice garden and looks after two cats, a one-eyed blind cat Jax and a young hooligan Fig.

In her spare time, Nicky is the perpetual learner, having completed a course in Aromatherapy and has just signed up to complete a Hand and Feet Reflexology course. She also enjoys writing, dog walking and Horse riding around the Buckinghamshire countryside. Nicky is also in the process of becoming a Bat Fosterer for the local Bat society.
