Katie Horner

Katie joined the practice in February 2022, after obtaining her degree in Ecology & Wildlife conservation, she has an extended diploma in Animal Management and Welfare and has just registered to start her Veterinary Nurse training later in the year.

Katie has taken an interest in the inpatient care role, especially the critical and emergency cases, with all our inpatients benefiting from her diligent care.

Katie has two red fox Labradors Charlie & Oscar and outside of work enjoys taking them for long walks, as well as horse riding, paddle boarding and she also takes part in regular Bat surveying.
